About the conference

International Conference held since 2007 provides an opportunity for representatives of Russian-speaking segment to learn more about the international quality standards of education and e-learning technologies.

MOSCOW Education Online is supported by the Ministry of Education and Science, Ministry of Communication and Mass Media, Russian Academy of Education, Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science, Technical Committee for Standardization «Information and Communication Technologies Education» (Technical Committee 461), the European Foundation for Quality in e-learning (EFQUEL).
